In the 2018 NFL Draft, Lamar Jackson was the last player in the NFL green room. Even though, he had done all he could do in Louisville to prove his worth, winning the Heisman trophy and finalist in 2017 for the same award. Still, multiple teams didn't believe in him (cough cough Bears). He kept his eyes focused on his ultimate goal with those that love him right by his side. He was drafted to a team that believes in his talents and designed an offense that maximizes on it. Just like life, we can only focus on what we can control. Don't dwell on things you can't control.
In 2020, believe in who you are, believe in your talents, and most importantly believe that you can. And the right person, company, client, investor will see and believe in you. But when the opportunity comes, maximize on it! Because you never get a second chance to make a first impression. It's not where you start but where you finish. #2020
